探讨PBL教学结合晨间定向模式在手术室的应用及效果。方法以本院手术室新进护士为对象,2011年9月以后入科的10名人员为观察组,采用PBL (基于问题式学习problem-based learning )教学结合晨间定向模式进行培训;另选10名人员为对照组,采用传统教学方式进行培训,培训时间2年。运用护士综合考核成绩表、手术室差错发生率,对PBL教学结合晨间定向模式的培训效果进行评定。结果 PBL教学结合晨间模式实施后,观察组护士综合考核成绩显著高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)手术室差错发生率低于对照组(P<0.001)。差异有显著意义。结论运用PBL教学结合晨间定向模式进行规范化培训,可以激发手术室新护士的求知欲,达到提高和保证危重患者护理质量的目的。

탐토PBL교학결합신간정향모식재수술실적응용급효과。방법이본원수술실신진호사위대상,2011년9월이후입과적10명인원위관찰조,채용PBL (기우문제식학습problem-based learning )교학결합신간정향모식진행배훈;령선10명인원위대조조,채용전통교학방식진행배훈,배훈시간2년。운용호사종합고핵성적표、수술실차착발생솔,대PBL교학결합신간정향모식적배훈효과진행평정。결과 PBL교학결합신간모식실시후,관찰조호사종합고핵성적현저고우대조조,차이유현저의의(P<0.01)수술실차착발생솔저우대조조(P<0.001)。차이유현저의의。결론운용PBL교학결합신간정향모식진행규범화배훈,가이격발수술실신호사적구지욕,체도제고화보증위중환자호리질량적목적。
To explore the PBL teaching combined with the morning orientation model in the application and effect of the operating room.Method for new nurses in our hospital operating room object,in September 2011 after into the observation group of 10 professionals, using PBL (problem-based learning problem based--based learning) teaching combined with the morning training orientation model; Choose 10 staff as the control group, adopts the traditional teaching way for training, training for 2 years, operating room nurses comprehensive assessment scores table.The PBL teaching combined with the morning orientation model of training effectiveness evaluation.Results since the implementation of PBL teaching combined with morning model group nurses comprehensive evaluation score is significantly higher than the control group, differences are significant (P<0.01) in the operating room error rate is lower than the control group (P<0.001). There are significant difference. Conclusion using PBL teaching, combined with directional pattern of standardization training for morning can inspire new operating room nurses thirst for knowledge, achieve the purpose of improve and ensure the quality of care in critical patients.
