研究痔上黏膜环形切除术(PPH)与外剥内扎术(MMH)治疗重度痔疮的临床疗效。方法：选取我院接受治疗的120例患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组采用PPH术治疗，对照组采用MMH术治疗，术后比较疗效和并发症。结果：实验组手术时间、术中出血量、恢复时间、止痛药使用例数、复发例数、疼痛、肛门水肿、肛门坠痛、尿潴留和术后出血例数明显少于对照组，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：PPH术治疗重度痔疮，手术时间短，出血少，痛苦小，恢复快，复发率低，并发症少。
연구치상점막배형절제술(PPH)여외박내찰술(MMH)치료중도치창적림상료효。방법：선취아원접수치료적120례환자，수궤분위실험조화대조조，실험조채용PPH술치료，대조조채용MMH술치료，술후비교료효화병발증。결과：실험조수술시간、술중출혈량、회복시간、지통약사용례수、복발례수、동통、항문수종、항문추통、뇨저류화술후출혈례수명현소우대조조，차이현저(P<0.05)。결론：PPH술치료중도치창，수술시간단，출혈소，통고소，회복쾌，복발솔저，병발증소。
To study the clinical efficacy of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)and the Mil igan-Morgan hemorrhoids(MMH)in treating severehemorrhoids. Methods: 120 cases treated in our hospital in patients with severe hemorrhoids were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental groupfor PPH treatment,the control group for external dissection and ligation of the treatment,compared the eficacy and complications. Results:Operativetime,intraoperative blood loss,recovery time,analgesic use, number of cases,recurent cases,pain,anal swel ing,anal pain,fal ,urinary retention,andpostoperative bleeding cases of the experimental group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of PPH severehemorhoids,shorter operative time,less bleeding,less pain,quicker recovery,low recurrence rate and fewer complications.
