探讨氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例患者随机分为两组，治疗组口服加巴喷丁胶囊，维生素B1，维生素B12，肌注卡介菌多糖核酸，配合窄谱中波紫外线照射，同时外用氟酚那酸丁酯软膏。对照组口服加巴喷丁胶囊，维生素B1，维生素B12，肌注卡介菌多糖核酸多糖核酸注射，配合窄谱中波紫外线照射，同时外用丁酸氢化可的松软膏。疗程为30天。治疗结束时评价治愈率，治疗结束1个月后评价复发率。结果治疗组治愈率(70.00%)显著高于对照组(36.67%)(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(20.00%),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论外用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏可有效缓解带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疼痛症状，且复发率低。安全有效。
탐토불분나산정지연고치료대상포진후유신경통적림상료효급안전성。방법장60례환자수궤분위량조，치료조구복가파분정효낭，유생소B1，유생소B12，기주잡개균다당핵산，배합착보중파자외선조사，동시외용불분나산정지연고。대조조구복가파분정효낭，유생소B1，유생소B12，기주잡개균다당핵산다당핵산주사，배합착보중파자외선조사，동시외용정산경화가적송연고。료정위30천。치료결속시평개치유솔，치료결속1개월후평개복발솔。결과치료조치유솔(70.00%)현저고우대조조(36.67%)(P<0.05)。치료조복발솔(6.67%)명현저우대조조(20.00%),량자비교유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론외용불분나산정지연고가유효완해대상포진후유신경통적동통증상，차복발솔저。안전유효。
To confirm the clinical efficacy and safety of butyl flufenamate ointment in patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PNH).Methods: 60 patients with PNH were randomized into treatment and control group. Patients in treatment group received a combined therapy of basic treatment and butyl flufenamate ointment while patients in control group basic treatment and hydrocortisone butyrate ointment. Basic treatment included oral gabapentin capsules, Vitamin B1 and B12, intramuscular injection of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid and phototherapy of narrow band UVB. Efficacy was evaluated after 30 days of treatment. Recurrence rates were observed 1 month after the end of treatment. Results: Patients in treatment group had a significantly (P<0.05) higher cure rate (70.00%) compared with those in control group (36.67%).A significant difference (P<0.05) was observed for recurrence rates between treatment group (6.67%) and control group (20.00%). Conclusion: In patients with PNH, butyl flufenamate ointment produced significant reduction in pain and lower recurrence rate compared with corticosteroids.
