分析中医临床护理教学路径在临床护理教学中的效果。方法选择广东省肇庆市中医院的护士60名,随机均分为2组(n=30)。对照组使用传统的带教方式带教,采用目标制、跟班制等方式,带教老师依据实际情况进行教学,出科时进行出科考核并填写满意度调查表。观察组使用中医临床护理教学路径教学。第1周:熟悉医院制度,各科室实习内容,患者病情与护理事项,数据收集方式,文书书写;第2周:学习中医护理的原则与特点,氧气吸入、静脉注射、输血输液反应、疾病分期预防和治疗;第3周:科室常见疾病中医指导;第4周:心肺复苏、吸痰法,常用急救药品的使用,出科考核。结果观察组护士的成绩明显好于对照组,且对带教的满意度较高。结论中医临床护理教学路径能有效提高临床护理教学成绩。

분석중의림상호리교학로경재림상호리교학중적효과。방법선택광동성조경시중의원적호사60명,수궤균분위2조(n=30)。대조조사용전통적대교방식대교,채용목표제、근반제등방식,대교로사의거실제정황진행교학,출과시진행출과고핵병전사만의도조사표。관찰조사용중의림상호리교학로경교학。제1주:숙실의원제도,각과실실습내용,환자병정여호리사항,수거수집방식,문서서사;제2주:학습중의호리적원칙여특점,양기흡입、정맥주사、수혈수액반응、질병분기예방화치료;제3주:과실상견질병중의지도;제4주:심폐복소、흡담법,상용급구약품적사용,출과고핵。결과관찰조호사적성적명현호우대조조,차대대교적만의도교고。결론중의림상호리교학로경능유효제고림상호리교학성적。
Analyze the effect of traditional Chinese Medicine clinical nursing teaching path in clinical nursing teaching.Methods Choice 60 nurses practiced in the hospital, divided them into observation group and control group, 30 in control group, teach with traditional teaching method, teacher use class teach or target teach, according to the actual situation, and should be examinedand complete the satisfaction questionnaire at the end;30 in observation group,use traditional Chinese Medicine clinical nursing teaching path,first week, study the systems of the hospital and practice contents of each department, patients and nursing points,data collection methods and instruments writing; Second week: learn the principles and characteristics of Chinese medicine nursing, oxygen inhalation, intravenous, transfusion reaction, stage of disease prevention and treatment; Third week,traditional Chinese Medicine guidance of common disease, Fourth week, learn the use of common emergency medicine, departmental rotation examination.Results The observation group performed significantly better than the control group, and have higher satisfaction with teaching. Conclusion TCM clinical nursing teaching path can effectively improve the clinical care and teaching achievements, carry forward Chinese medicine.
