研究N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)雾化吸入对稳定期COPD患者运动耐量和生活质量的影响。方法研究纳入140例2012年4月~2013年6月在兰州石化总医院就诊的COPD稳定期患者。将上述患者随机分为仅有常规治疗的对照组和联合了NAC雾化吸入的观察组。治疗6个月后,检测1秒用力呼气量(FEV 1)、深吸气量(IC),功能残气量(FRC)、最大耗氧量(VO2 max)等指标,并进行6分钟步行试验和Brog呼吸困难评分,圣乔治呼吸问卷评估患者生活质量。结果2组患者的肺功能指标、VO2max、六分钟步行试验行走距离、圣乔治呼吸问卷评分均比治疗前有所改善,但是观察组上述指标的改善更明显,在反应运动耐量的指标方面要优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 NAC雾化吸入能够改善COPD患者的运动耐量和生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of atomizing inhalation of NAC on the exercise tolerance and life quality of COPD patients.Methods To collect the data of 128 patients with COPD who were received therapy in our hospital.All the patients were divided in to two groups randomly Patients in the control group(n=64) only received regular treatment and in the observation(n=64),patients were received atomizing inhalation of NAC beside of the regular treatment. FEV1,IC,FRC,VO2max index were detected and compared between two groups and 6-minute walk test were also performed followed with a Brog scale to evalute the dyspnea of patients.Finally the St.George's respiratory questionnaire was utilized to relect the life quality of patients.Result All the index of pulmonary function,VO2max index,the result of 6-minute walk test and the scale of Brog scale and George's respiratory questionnaire were improvement after treatment in both group.However, compered with control group, the improvement in the observation were mor significant,especially in the index for the execrise tolerance.Conlusion Atomizing inhalation of NAC can really improve the execrise tolerance and life quality of COPD patients.
