本文以万科云南省分公司全体职工2011年至2013年连续三年进行体质测试的数据为代表,对其进行统计分析,讨论云南企业职工的体质现状、动态变化及其体质达标率与优秀率的变化情况,并对变化的原因进行探索。目前国内针对企业员工的体质研究较少,本文旨在了解企业员工的体质状况,探索其动态变化规律,分析变化原因,发现问题并提出相应建议。结果表明:公司员工整体体质水平较好,体质达标率、优秀率和体质评分均呈逐年增加的趋势;在所有指标中,闭眼单脚站立、选择反应时、台阶指数和纵跳成绩的提高最为明显,而力量类素质没有变化;公司对员工体质的重视和采取的相应促进措施有效提升了员工的体质,但员工的体质提高不均衡,尤其是力量类素质有待提高。

In this paper,Vanke Yunnan branch staff from 2011 to 2013 for three consecutive years of physical test data as the representative,carries on the statistical analysis to the changes of physical condition,discussion,Yunnan enterprises,dynamic change and physical fitness standard rate and excellent rate,and explore the reasons of change.At present the domestic health research,this paper aims to understand the enterprise staff's physical condition,to explore the dynamic changes,analysis of causes of change,found the problem and put forward the corresponding suggestion.The results show that:the overall fitness level employees better,physical standard rate,excellence rate and physical score showed an increasing trend year by year;in all indicators,eyes closed,standing on one foot,choice reaction time,step index and vertical jump performance improvement is the most obvious,but the strength quality has not changed;company employees on the constitution pay attention to and take corresponding measures to promote effectively improves the health,but the health improving imbalance,especially the strength quality to be improved.
