[目的]了解十堰市三级甲等医院护士工作压力源,为减轻护士工作压力、提高护理质量提供科学依据。[方法]采用护士工作压力源调查问卷对十堰市3所三级甲等医院448名临床护士进行调查。[结果]十堰市三级甲等医院护士工作压力水平中等。压力源排前两位的是工作量及时间分配和护理专业及工作。中专学历护士压力比专科和本科学历护士低(P<0.05),10年~19年工龄段的护士压力较其他工龄段的护士高(P<0.05),工作量及时间分配方面的压力有性别差异(P<0.01)。[结论]建议医院管理人员能更多关注护士的工作压力源,定期对护士进行减压训练,以提高护士应对工作压力的能力。

To know about j ob stressor of nurses in three grade A hospitals in Shiyan city,and so as to provide scientific evidences for reduc-ing the working pressure of nurses and improve the quality of care.Meth-ods:Nurse job stressors questionnaire was used to investigate 448 clinical nurses in 3 three grade A hospitals in Shiyan city.Results:The work pres-sure of nurses in Shiyan hospitals was at medium level.Job stressors in the top two were the workload and time allocation,and nursing profession and work.Pressure of secondary education nurses was lower than that of col-lege and undergraduate nurses (P<0.05),the pressure of 10 years 19 years of service segment of nurses was higher than that of other service age groups of nurses (P<0.05),and there was statistically significant differ-ence in the workload and time distribution of pressure between different a-ges(P<0.01).Conclusion:It suggests that hospital managers showld pay more attention to j ob stressor of nurses,and regularly decompression train-ing for nurses,so as to improve the ability of nurses to deal with work pressure.
