探索能否通过对患者配偶及家庭亲密接触者共同抗幽门螺杆菌治疗提高根除率。方法：98例符合治疗H P感染适应症患者按是否进行了者配偶及家庭亲密接触者共同抗HP进行分组，治疗结束3月后比较两组患者HP感染存在情况。结果：同时对患者配偶或亲密接触者进行抗HP治疗，较患者独自进行HP感染的治疗，可以显著降低治疗3月后患者HP的感染率（80.5%vs61.4%，p=0.035）。结论：通过对HP感染者配偶及其他家庭亲密接触者进行抗HP治疗，可以有效提高患者HP的根除率，对消化系统疾病诊治具有现实意义。

To evaluate whether the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori can be improved by coordinated therapy with spouse and close family members. Methods: 98 patients infected by Helicobacter pylori were divied into two groups according to whether the coordinated therapy were accomplished. Compared the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori 3 monthes later after the therapy. Results: The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori were significantly improved in people who received the coordinated therapy with spouse and close family members (80.5%vs61.4%,p=0.035). Conclusion: Coordinated anti-Helicobacter pylori therapy with spouse and close family members wil increase the eradication rate. The result has realistic significance to the treatment of digestive disease.
