本文通过大量阑尾手术资料的分析并对200例急性阑尾炎采取早诊断及时手术，采取充分做好术前准备、正确选择麻醉、选择合理的切口、术中严格执行无菌操作、手术前后合理应用抗生素、合理运用引流条等措施，通过对切口的观察，阐述了预防阑尾手术后切口感染的措施。
本文通過大量闌尾手術資料的分析併對200例急性闌尾炎採取早診斷及時手術，採取充分做好術前準備、正確選擇痳醉、選擇閤理的切口、術中嚴格執行無菌操作、手術前後閤理應用抗生素、閤理運用引流條等措施，通過對切口的觀察，闡述瞭預防闌尾手術後切口感染的措施。
본문통과대량란미수술자료적분석병대200례급성란미염채취조진단급시수술，채취충분주호술전준비、정학선택마취、선택합리적절구、술중엄격집행무균조작、수술전후합리응용항생소、합리운용인류조등조시，통과대절구적관찰，천술료예방란미수술후절구감염적조시。
Through the analysis of a large amount of clinical data of appendectomy and comparing of 200cases with emergency appendicitis we found some effective measurements of preventing the cut infections after appendectomy. It is very important to complete the folowing procedures: the early diagnosis to the emergent appendicitis patients, performing the surgery immediately, completely preparation before the surgery, choosing correct anesthesia, choosing the reasonable cuts, strictly asepsis performance, correct usage of antibiotics before and after the surgery, and the correct utility of drainage tubes.
