探讨控制消除麻疹的策略和措施。方法对中卫市沙坡头区2000-2013年麻疹的发病情况、疫情监测及抗体水平监测等进行综合分析。结果2000-2004年中卫市沙坡头区麻疹报告发病率处在较低的水平，2005年共报告麻疹病例700例，报告发病率达203.53/10万，比历年同期增长112.06%，发病率处在较高的水平，呈流行态势。2006-2007年发病率处在很低的水平，2008-2009略有升高，2010-2012发病率很低，2012年实现消除目标，2013年发病率为15.79/10万，呈点状暴发趋势，发病以20-35岁居多，占发病人群的64%，随后对沙坡头区20-35岁人群进行了应急接种，疫情很快得到控制。
