探讨临床护理路径在产科护理工作中的应用效果。方法：随机抽取收住我院产科实施临床护理路径的产妇100例作为观察组，实施常规护理措施的产妇100例作为对照组。分析比较两组产妇的住院天数、满意度及对健康教育知识认知程度、住院费用的差异。结果：观察组产妇在以上几个方面均优于对照组，差异显著（P ＜0.05），具有临床可比性。结论：在产科护理工作中采取临床护理路径，能改善护理工作质量，提高产妇对健康教育知识的认知程度，缩短平均住院天数，提升产妇及家属的满意度，推广应用临床护理路径十分必要。

To investigate the effect of application of clinical nursing pathwayin obstetrics care. Method.Random House of clinical nursing pathway in our hospital obstetric maternal 100 cases as the observation group, the implementation of routine nursing measures of maternal 100 cases as the control group. Analysis on the difference of hospitalization,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups for hospitalization expensesof health education knowledge. Results: the observation group of women in the above aspects were superior to the control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05),with clinical comparability. Conclusion: the clinical nursing pathway in obstetric nursing work, can improve the quality of nursing work, improve their awareness of healtheducation knowledge, shortening the average hospitalization days, improve maternaland family satisfaction, popularization and application of clinical nursing path is verynecessary.
