目的：探讨舒适护理和人文关怀在乳腺癌术后静脉输液护理应用。方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年3月入住我院并在我院手术的乳腺癌患者46例，将46例患者随机分为对照组23例和实验组23例，对照组给予常规术后静脉输液护理，实验组给予舒适护理和人文关怀。观察和对比两租患者护理前和护理后生活质量的改变。结果按照Barthel指数评分，实验组术后日常生活自理能力明显优于对照组。结论舒适护理和人文关怀在乳腺癌术后静脉输液护理中应用效果明显优于常规术后静脉输液护理，建议临床推广使用。

objective to explore the comfortable nursing and humanistic care in breast cancer postoperative intravenous transfusion nursing application.
