压缩机风管在与机壳拼装过程中,常会因物料误差和操作方法繁琐而出现多次作业的现象,会引起不必要的经济损失,为提高生产效率,减少成本,通过对原有风管拼装方法进行分析,并根据所存在的问题进行改进,制定出新的风管拼接方法,将两种方法进行对比,最终确保新方法的可行性。

The problems of material errors and tedious operating methods often result in several operations in the process of splicing compressor ducts and casing, which will cause unnecessary economic losses. In order to improve production efficiency and reduce costs, the original ducts splicing method is analyzed and reformed based on the existing problems. The new ducts splicing method is developed and the two methods are compared to ensure the feasibility of the new method.
