长悬臂工具(长刀杆)加工孔是机械加工中的难题。位置特殊的深孔限制了长悬臂刀杆的结构并削弱了刀杆的刚度,加大了解决这类问题的难度。一般性解决办法是降低此类孔的精度,通过配相关件来保证配合精度,使其达到设计要求。本文设计出一种浮动刀具,通过设立浮动支撑效应,从根本上解决了由于长刀杆深孔加工时,由切削力的力臂增加所引起的孔尺寸超差问题。

Holemaking working procedure with long cantilever tools(long toolbar)was one of the most difficult problems in machining. Deep holes with special position requirements limit the structure of long cantilever tools and weaken the stiffness of cutter bar which had enhance the difficulty to solve those problems. The general solution was to reduce the accuracy of those kinds of holes and then add related parts to ensure the quality of fit. By this way, the design requirements were achieved. In this paper, a new kind of floating tool was designed. With the help of floating support effect, problem of holes size out-of-tolerance caused by the increase of the lever of cutting force during long deep holes machining procedure were fundamentally solved.
