轴承区密封体是MCL压缩机机壳法兰上的一部分,由于轴承区密封体形状各异,所以不能完全使用锻件制造,当采用铸件时,有时会出现铸造胀箱偏差,在拼装过程中,也会因操作误差,导致轴承区密封体在加工车间加工时出现直口轴向加工量不够的现象,需转回结构车间进行补焊、修磨,加大了返修率,增加了生产成本,通过分析该问题,作出解决方案,最后确定新方案的可行性。
軸承區密封體是MCL壓縮機機殼法蘭上的一部分,由于軸承區密封體形狀各異,所以不能完全使用鍛件製造,噹採用鑄件時,有時會齣現鑄造脹箱偏差,在拼裝過程中,也會因操作誤差,導緻軸承區密封體在加工車間加工時齣現直口軸嚮加工量不夠的現象,需轉迴結構車間進行補銲、脩磨,加大瞭返脩率,增加瞭生產成本,通過分析該問題,作齣解決方案,最後確定新方案的可行性。

The seal in bearing is one part of MCL compressor casing flange. Since the various shapes of the seal in bearing, the casting manufacturing cannot be fully used. The casting expansion deviation will be occurred sometimes while using castings. Furthermore, the phenomenon resulting by operating error that the straight axial processing of the seal in bearing while processing is insufficient will be occurred in the process of assembling. It should be returned to the structure workshop to carry out welding and grinding, which increased failure rates, and increased production costs. Based on analyzing the problem, this paper has given the solving program and determined its feasibility finally.
