随着脱硫氧化风机的国产化,机组中的齿轮箱转子的优化设计是非常关键的,将为机组的安全运行提供保证。本文通过对齿轮箱、齿轮,轴承、转子临界转速等方面的研究,阐述了齿轮箱转子设计开发的过程,并给出了关键技术及解决途径,为今后开发设计更大流量,更高压比,更高转速的脱硫氧化风机奠定了基础。

With the localization of the desulfurization oxidation fan, It is very important and necessary of rotor gear box’s optimal design of units. It will provide a guarantee for the safe operation of the unit. This paper studies the structure of the gearbox, gears, bearings, rotor speed and other critical aspects of the gear box’s rotor, which elaborated the design and development process of the gear box’s rotor. It laid a foundation for development of a greater pressure ratio and a higher the speed of high-speed single-stage blowers in the future.
