本文以Visual Basic 编程语言为开发工具,以近年来离心式压缩机闭式叶轮口圈变形规律为理论基础,开发出一款叶轮口圈密封间隙设计程序。程序中集成了“输入参数”、“计算结果”、“结果比较”等主要框架,操作简便、界面整洁,使用者可通过该程序快速获得容许密封最小直径间隙值,以及原设计规范取值。

In this paper, a design program for impeller ring seal gap was developed with the development tool of Visual Basic based on the theoretical basis of the deformation rules of centrifugal compressor closed type impeller ring in recent years. The program integrates the main frame of input parameters, calculation results, results comparison and so on, and has the features of operating easily and clean surface. The users can rapidly obtain the minimum allowable value of seal diameter gap and the original design specification values through this program.
