Aiming at the low operating efficiency of fan and pump units, it has tremendous potential for energy savings. Efficiency measurements is the premise of studying the energy-saving of fan and pump units, while shaft power measurement is the key technique for measuring motor efficiency, fan and pump efficiency in the fan and pump units. This paper introduces a motor shaft power measurement method based on three-phase asynchronous motor loss analysis and without torque meter, which has provided a tolly new route for measuring fan and pump units efficiency.
