介绍几型45000吨级散货船在建造和试航过程中，轮机专业碰到的若干问题，其中涉及机舱通风管系的设计、法规对于应急发电机室通风口位置的要求、推进轴系法兰连接螺栓孔至外圆的尺寸要求、燃油舱溢流管开孔位置等。针对这些情况，依据船厂提供的相关资料，从专业设计角度分析、查找问题产生的原因，并提出合理的解决方案。

For 45 000 DWT bulk carriers,several issues on machinery discipline during construction and sea trial were discussed,including engine room ventilation duct arrangement,rules requirement to the openings for emergency generator room ventilation,the effect on the strength of propulsion shaft coupling due to dimension change of the coupling bolts,and the proper overflow openings on fuel oil tanks,etc. An analysis from a design perspective was performed and several practical solutions were provided and based on the information and feedback from shipyard.
