研究了硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锂和硬脂富马酸钠作为碱性锌锰电池正极添加剂对电池新电性能及70℃高温贮存后性能的影响。研究发现:硬脂酸盐能够提高电池高温贮存性能;硬脂酸锂添加量在0.1%~0.2%时,电池经过高温贮存后,不仅大电流放电性能优于对比电池,中等电流性能也优于对比电池,且用量在0.15%时,高温贮存性能最佳。
研究瞭硬脂痠鈣、硬脂痠鋰和硬脂富馬痠鈉作為堿性鋅錳電池正極添加劑對電池新電性能及70℃高溫貯存後性能的影響。研究髮現:硬脂痠鹽能夠提高電池高溫貯存性能;硬脂痠鋰添加量在0.1%~0.2%時,電池經過高溫貯存後,不僅大電流放電性能優于對比電池,中等電流性能也優于對比電池,且用量在0.15%時,高溫貯存性能最佳。
연구료경지산개、경지산리화경지부마산납작위감성자맹전지정겁첨가제대전지신전성능급70℃고온저존후성능적영향。연구발현:경지산염능구제고전지고온저존성능;경지산리첨가량재0.1%~0.2%시,전지경과고온저존후,불부대전류방전성능우우대비전지,중등전류성능야우우대비전지,차용량재0.15%시,고온저존성능최가。
Calcium stearate,lithium stearate,sodium stearyl fumarate were used as additive in al-kaline Zn-MnO2 batteries,The influence of these compounds on the properties of fresh batteries and batteries stored at 70 ℃ for 7 days had been studied.And the effects of different content of lithium stearate on the performance of batteries had been studied.It was found that stearate could improve the high temperature storage performance of batteries.When lithium stearate con-tent was 0. 1%-0. 2%,the batteries stored at 70 ℃ for 7 days produced better effects.The Opti-mum dosage of lithium stearate was 0. 1 5%.
