财务分析课程是经济管理学院多专业学生的一门必修课。通过对上海第二工业大学财务管理与信用管理两个专业学生的调查和分析，了解不同专业学生对财务分析课程的需求及对现有教学效果的评价，从而明确应用型本科财务分析课程面向财务专业和非财务专业学生不同的改革方向。根据研究结果提出具体的改革措施如下：提高课程培养目标定位的科学化程度；引导非专业学生对课程给予足够的重视；持续改进教学质量，提升课程教学效果；加强网络课程中心建设，方便学生更好地进行自学；提高任课教师素质，增强教师指导学生财务分析的能力。

The course of“Financial Analysis”is an important course for diverse students in school of Economics and Management. Based on the investigation and analysis in Financial Management Department major and Credit Management Department major in Shanghai Second Polytechnic University, different demands and comments on current teaching in the course of“Financial Analysis”are collected, thus it makes clear the different ways of teaching reform in financial professional students and non-financial professional students. Finally, some useful suggestions are given: to scientize the curriculum goal of training;to inspire non-professional students attention on course;to improve the quality of teaching constantly and enhance the effect of teaching;to strengthen the construction of Network Curriculum Center so that students can study by themselves better;to improve the quality of teachers so they can guide the students better.
