针对某台9F级联合循环机组出力不足的问题,通过全面的分析和排查,指出了压气机进气过滤系统存在泄漏,经检查处理后取得了明显效果,机组出力及运行效率的衰减速度恢复正常。通过压气机水洗后机组出力衰减的综合分析,建立了机组出力衰减数学模型,论证了压气机进气过滤系统泄漏对机组带负荷能力可能产生的重大影响,提出了适用于运行现场的联合循环机组出力变化的分析方法。
針對某檯9F級聯閤循環機組齣力不足的問題,通過全麵的分析和排查,指齣瞭壓氣機進氣過濾繫統存在洩漏,經檢查處理後取得瞭明顯效果,機組齣力及運行效率的衰減速度恢複正常。通過壓氣機水洗後機組齣力衰減的綜閤分析,建立瞭機組齣力衰減數學模型,論證瞭壓氣機進氣過濾繫統洩漏對機組帶負荷能力可能產生的重大影響,提齣瞭適用于運行現場的聯閤循環機組齣力變化的分析方法。

There was a case of one 9F class combined cycle unit abnormal degradation , through the comprehensive analysis and screen-ing, the leakage of inlet air filtering system of compressor was pointed out .After inspection and treatment , the decay rate of unit output and efficiency came back to normal .By comprehensive analysis as well as establishing the mathematical model of unit output degrada -tion after compressor water wash , results show that the leakage of inlet air filtering system to unit load capacity have significant impact , and it put forward the method applicable to analyze the combined cycle unit output change .
