对40M n18Cr4V无磁钢进行了三种不同工艺的激光对接焊,分析不同焊接工艺条件下激光焊接头的金相组织和显微硬度。结果表明焊缝金属中有大量δ铁素体形成,焊缝和热影响区的显微硬度较母材均降低,说明该钢种不适合于激光对接焊,只有使用激光填丝复合焊才有可能满足40M n18Cr4V钢的焊接技术要求,同时所使用的焊丝成分也不能与母材成分完全相同。
對40M n18Cr4V無磁鋼進行瞭三種不同工藝的激光對接銲,分析不同銲接工藝條件下激光銲接頭的金相組織和顯微硬度。結果錶明銲縫金屬中有大量δ鐵素體形成,銲縫和熱影響區的顯微硬度較母材均降低,說明該鋼種不適閤于激光對接銲,隻有使用激光填絲複閤銲纔有可能滿足40M n18Cr4V鋼的銲接技術要求,同時所使用的銲絲成分也不能與母材成分完全相同。
대40M n18Cr4V무자강진행료삼충불동공예적격광대접한,분석불동한접공예조건하격광한접두적금상조직화현미경도。결과표명한봉금속중유대량δ철소체형성,한봉화열영향구적현미경도교모재균강저,설명해강충불괄합우격광대접한,지유사용격광전사복합한재유가능만족40M n18Cr4V강적한접기술요구,동시소사용적한사성분야불능여모재성분완전상동。
Three different tests of laser butt-welding procedures were conducted on the 40Mn18Cr4V non-magnetic steel ,and the microstructure and micro-hardness of the weld joints were analyzed in this pa-per .The results revealed that a large quantity of delta-ferrite were observed in the welding seam metal , and that the micro-hardness of the welding seam and HAZ was much lower than that of the base metal , which indicated that the 40Mn18Cr4V was unsuited to the laser butt-welding .Only by using filler wire in laser welding process could the welding requirements of the 40Mn18Cr4V steel be met ,and chemical com-positions of the filler wire shouldn't be identical with the base metal completely .
