运用演化博弈论对生态型港口物流园区中物流企业与政府的博弈过程进行了探索，在此基础上，深入研究了政府和港口物流企业双方的博弈关系。分析其博弈结果显示，政府和港口物流企业，在3种情况下存在演化稳定策略，并且港口物流企业实施生态化物流管理的成本与收益以及政府对港口物流企业是否实施生态化物流管理的奖惩力度，都将影响其博弈结果。因此，为了获取长远利益，政府必须制定严格的环保法规，加大奖惩力度；港口物流企业也应该高度重视港口物流园区的环境保护，更加关注生态化物流管理工作。这才是双方长期共赢的必由之路。

In this paper,evolutionary game theory is used to analyze the game between govern-ments and logistics enterprises in ecological port logistics park.By taking the costs and benefits into consideration,and studying the game status by evolutionary game theory,the game results show that there are three evolutionary stable strategies in three cases.Moreover,the costs and benefits of port logistics enterprises as long as the subsidies and punishments from governments directly affect the game results.Thus,to gain long-term benefits,governments should enact strict environmental regulations and increase the relevant subsidies and punishment.Port logis-tics enterprises need to proactively implement ecological logistics management,and accumulate port logistics park environmental management experience.It is the only way to realize the win-win strategy between governments and port logistics enterprises in the long run.
