用电采集系统要建立变压器（又称专变）的采集信息，需SG186系统中专变终端采集设备安装（变更）流程结束归档，此归档结果需要人工在国网SG186系统中查询。通过研究并编制SG186流程归档短信提醒应用软件包，运用在国网计算机内网，每日对SG186系统内，相关安装专变采集设备流程状态进行自动定时查询，查询的“流程已归档”结果通过调用公司短信平台，快速准确地将结果信息发送到采集系统建设指定人员手机上，再发起用电采集系统流程，在采集系统主站建成正确的采集设备信息，完成专变用电数据采集，提升采集成功率指标。

The power consuming data acquirement system establishing the acquired data of the transformer ( also known as special transformer ) needs the installation ( changing ) process of special transformer collec-ting device finished and archived in the SG 186 system, the result of which needs to be checked manually in the State Grid SG186 system.By means of studying and making the SMS alert application software package of the SG186 process archiving, and applying to the intranet of the State Grid , the process situa-tion of related equipments which install the data acquirement of special transformer is inquired automati -cally and regularly in the SG186 system every day .The obtained ″process archived″is sent to specific person′s cell phone fast and precisely by calling the SMS platform of the corporation .Then, the power consuming data acquirement system is started to establish the right data of the acquirement equipment at the main station of the acquirement system and complete the data acquirement , and promote acquirement success rate index .
