根据卡扣零件外形特点,分析了零件冲压加工的难点,确定了冲压工艺。在提高模具制造工艺性的基础上,给出排样设计方案,完成了多工位级进模具结构设计,并详述了模具的设计要点。实践证明,模具结构紧凑合理、加工效率高,同时能够保证制件质量要求,为企业降低了生产成本。
根據卡釦零件外形特點,分析瞭零件遲壓加工的難點,確定瞭遲壓工藝。在提高模具製造工藝性的基礎上,給齣排樣設計方案,完成瞭多工位級進模具結構設計,併詳述瞭模具的設計要點。實踐證明,模具結構緊湊閤理、加工效率高,同時能夠保證製件質量要求,為企業降低瞭生產成本。

According to the shape characteristics of snap,the stamping difficulties was analyzed, and stamping process was determined in this paper.Based on die manufacturing technology,the layout and multi-progressive die were designed and some design points of the die were specified. The production practice has proved that the die design is compact and reasonable and is easy to be manufactured and maintained.The results show that the quality and production efficiency can be guaranteed and the production cost for enterprises can be reduced.
