综述了多工序制造过程质量偏差流的主要研究方法，即状态空间建模方法和统计过程控制方法，评述了两种研究方法的建模思想、在过程监测和故障诊断方面的应用以及局限性。
綜述瞭多工序製造過程質量偏差流的主要研究方法，即狀態空間建模方法和統計過程控製方法，評述瞭兩種研究方法的建模思想、在過程鑑測和故障診斷方麵的應用以及跼限性。
종술료다공서제조과정질량편차류적주요연구방법，즉상태공간건모방법화통계과정공제방법，평술료량충연구방법적건모사상、재과정감측화고장진단방면적응용이급국한성。
The main research methods on stream of variation in multistage manufacturing processes are summarized in this paper ,w hich include the state space modeling method and the statistical process control method .The modeling ideas ,the application scope for process monitoring and process diagnosis are re-viewed ,in terms of the limitations of two methods .
