以汽车油箱法兰件注塑模为例,通过 Moldflow 软件对其生产过程进行CAE分析。由产品结构特性对注塑模浇口及冷却系统进行设计,确定加工参数。模拟分析完成后,查看充填时间、锁模力及最大注射压力,选择了合适的注塑机,并发现了零件成型过程中的主要缺陷,如:气穴、熔接痕、翘曲变形等。采取干燥原料、提高模具温度等优化方案,使得塑料制品合理成型。这种设计分析方法缩短了开发周期,提高了设计可信度。

T his paper took the injection mold of automobile fuel tank flange as an example to analyze its CAE production process via Moldflow software .Injection molding gate and cooling systems were de-signed to determine the processing parameters according to the structural characteristics of the products . After the simulation was completed ,the filling time ,the clamping force and the maximum injection pressure were checked in order to select the appropriate molding machine .Some major defects such as air traps , weld lines ,warpage etc were found and the corresponding measures such as drying the raw materials ,im-proving the mold temperature were applied according to the analysis results to make the injection process reasonable .T his design shortened the development cycle and made it more reliable .
