学校师资队伍建设意义重大,为了探讨医学院校青年教师培养模式,本文对天津医科大学“新世纪优秀人才”培养项目入选者的培养结果进行分析,发现入选者在发表学术论文和申报研究项目方面均取得较大成绩,同时也发现培养考核工作应当进一步完善、人才培养应当遵循人才发展客观规律等。因此,只有制订符合人才发展规律的切实可行的培养计划,才能帮助青年教师尽快成长,逐步形成规范化、制度化的人才培养体系。
學校師資隊伍建設意義重大,為瞭探討醫學院校青年教師培養模式,本文對天津醫科大學“新世紀優秀人纔”培養項目入選者的培養結果進行分析,髮現入選者在髮錶學術論文和申報研究項目方麵均取得較大成績,同時也髮現培養攷覈工作應噹進一步完善、人纔培養應噹遵循人纔髮展客觀規律等。因此,隻有製訂符閤人纔髮展規律的切實可行的培養計劃,纔能幫助青年教師儘快成長,逐步形成規範化、製度化的人纔培養體繫。

Building the teachers team is very important. In order to discuss the young talents training model in medical universities, the results of the “new century talents plan” was analyzed. It was concluded that the list in terms of academic papers published and declare research projects had a larger harvest, also found that cultivate the assessment work should be further perfect, and the talent training should follow the objective law issues. We should formulate the training plan conforms to the law of devel-opment, only thus the young people would grow up fast and a standardized and institutionalized talent cultivation system would formed.
