学校师资队伍建设意义重大，为了探讨医学院校青年教师培养模式，本文对天津医科大学“新世纪优秀人才”培养项目入选者的培养结果进行分析，发现入选者在发表学术论文和申报研究项目方面均取得较大成绩，同时也发现培养考核工作应当进一步完善、人才培养应当遵循人才发展客观规律等。因此，只有制订符合人才发展规律的切实可行的培养计划，才能帮助青年教师尽快成长，逐步形成规范化、制度化的人才培养体系。

Building the teachers team is very important. In order to discuss the young talents training model in medical universities, the results of the “new century talents plan” was analyzed.
