目的:调查了解浙江省高校临床医学专业与护理学专业有关老年医学与护理课程的设置情况、继续医学教育项目,为老年医学教育和老年医护人才培养模式的构建提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对浙江省14所设置临床医学专业和护理学专业的医学类院校进行书面或官网数据调查,同时取样浙江省继续医学教育网近4年老年医学类项目。结果在本科和专科教育阶段,仅有1所高校开设老年医学选修课程,5所院校开设老年护理课程;在硕士研究生教育阶段,有3所高校招收老年医学相关方向的硕士研究生,1所高校招收老年护理方向的硕士研究生,继续教育项目占比仅为3.4%。结论老年医学与护理教育现状堪忧,严重背离社会发展的需求,应当尽快增设老年医学与老年护理专业,建立老年医学与护理教育体系,完善老年医学人才培养模式。

목적:조사료해절강성고교림상의학전업여호이학전업유관노년의학여호리과정적설치정황、계속의학교육항목,위노년의학교육화노년의호인재배양모식적구건제공의거。방법채용자행설계적조사문권대절강성14소설치림상의학전업화호이학전업적의학류원교진행서면혹관망수거조사,동시취양절강성계속의학교육망근4년노년의학류항목。결과재본과화전과교육계단,부유1소고교개설노년의학선수과정,5소원교개설노년호리과정;재석사연구생교육계단,유3소고교초수노년의학상관방향적석사연구생,1소고교초수노년호리방향적석사연구생,계속교육항목점비부위3.4%。결론노년의학여호리교육현상감우,엄중배리사회발전적수구,응당진쾌증설노년의학여노년호리전업,건립노년의학여호리교육체계,완선노년의학인재배양모식。
Objective To investigate the circumstances of geriatrics and nursing courses, continuing medical education programs in the clinical and the nursing professional of colleges in Zhejiang province and to provide the basis for the geriatric medical education and training model of geriatric doctors and nurses. Methods To investigate 14 medical colleges in Zhejiang Province set clinical medicine and nursing professionals in writing or the official website data by a self-designed questionnaire, while to sampling gerontology class projects in nearly four years in continuing medical education network of Zhejiang Province. Results In stage of the undergraduate and specialist education, only one college opened geriatrics elective course, and five colleges opened elderly nursing programs; in stage of the master graduate education, there are three universities to recruit graduate students in the direction related to geriatric medicine, one university recruit graduate students in the direction of aged care, only 3. 9% of continuing education projects are related to geriatric medicine. Conclusions The authors are worrying about the status of education in elderly medical and care which is seriously deviated from the requirements of social development, so we should add geriatrics and geriatric care professionals, establish the system of geriatrics and nursing education, and improve training model of geriatrics as soon as possible.
