目的:探讨留学生实习前病史采集临床技能培训教学方法。方法借鉴以问题为基础学习、以团队为基础学习与标准化病人的应用,对留学生进行病史采集培训,课前课后收集问卷调查,进行统计学分析。结果留学生对于课堂信息、课堂组织、课堂内容、课堂演讲的满意率分别为100.0%、95.2%、100.0%、100.0%,与课前相比,课后留学生在病史采集的自信心、身份识别、现病史、既往史等、系统回顾、采集流程、询问技巧方面有显著性提高。结论借鉴以问题为基础学习教学、以小组为基础学习教学与标准化病人问诊方法,采取分组讨论的模式对留学生进行病史采集临床技能培训教学方法,学生满意度高,教学效果显著。

목적:탐토류학생실습전병사채집림상기능배훈교학방법。방법차감이문제위기출학습、이단대위기출학습여표준화병인적응용,대류학생진행병사채집배훈,과전과후수집문권조사,진행통계학분석。결과류학생대우과당신식、과당조직、과당내용、과당연강적만의솔분별위100.0%、95.2%、100.0%、100.0%,여과전상비,과후류학생재병사채집적자신심、신빈식별、현병사、기왕사등、계통회고、채집류정、순문기교방면유현저성제고。결론차감이문제위기출학습교학、이소조위기출학습교학여표준화병인문진방법,채취분조토론적모식대류학생진행병사채집림상기능배훈교학방법,학생만의도고,교학효과현저。
Objective To investigate clinical training teaching methods of history taking in pre-intership international students. Methods Simulate problem-based learninig, team-based learning and standardized patient teaching methods, train international students in history taking, and questionnaires were collected for analyzed statistically. Results Satisfaction rates of classroom information, classroom or-ganization, classroom content, classroom lectures were 100. 0% , 95. 2% , 100. 0% , 100. 0% . Students confidence in history taking, identification, history of present illness, past history, systematic review, gathering processes and inquiry skills have improved significantly. Conclusions The teaching methods that integrated problem-based learning, team-based learning and standardized patient, train international students clinical skills in history taking utilizing group discussion, the effect is significant and Student satisfaction is high.
