高职院校承担着为社会一线岗位输送所需要人才的重任，顶岗实习作为高职院校高素质技能型人才培养的重要途径，其实习效果将直接影响到高职人才能否适应社会需要。文章在分析顶岗实习的主要参与者--学校、企业、学生存在问题的基础上，提出顶岗实习质量保障机制的构建，以期对顶岗实习的发展有一定的积极作用。

Higher vocational colleges bear the responsibility of deliver needed talents for the society. As an important way to cultivate high-quality skilled talents in higher vocational colleges, the practice effect will directly affect the talents adaption to the society. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of the main participants in the post practice-colleges, enterprises and students, this paper puts forward the construction of quality guarantee mechanism so as to have a positive role in the development of post practice.
