“双元制”是一种校企合作共建的办学制度，由企业和学校共同担负培养人才的任务。结合湖南邮电职业技术学院与中兴通讯NC学院合作办学的移动通信技术专业建设的实践，阐述“双元制”校企合作机制下提升学生应用技能水平的启示与实践，并进一步分析了在“双元制”下职业教育仍需注意的问题。

"Dual system" is a kind of university-enterprise cooperation school system and the enterprise and the school jointly shoulder the task of cultivating talents. Combined with the practice of the mobile communication technology specialty construction which is the cooperation of Hunan Post and Telecommunication College and NC Institute of ZTE, this paper elaborates the "dual system" university-enterprise cooperation mechanism to improve students' application skills, and further analyzes some problems needed to be considered under the "dual system".
