以校企合作共同体为平台,创新“校企一体,协同创新”的校企合作体制机制,与深度合作企业共同探索“系企双主体”育人模式,实施定向培养,强化与各类企业的合作,实施“订单”式人才培养,系企双主体共同制定人才培养方案,实施“S.M.A.R.T”教学组织模式,推行“工程实践不断线”实践教学模式,构建第三方参与的人才评价机制,从而构建“系企双主体、定向订单”的人才培养模式,培养具有良好的职业道德素质和行为规范、能从事移动通信技术专业岗位工作的高端技能型人才。

Based on the university-enterprise cooperation platform, the university-enterprise operation mechanism of “university-enterprise integration, collaborative innovation” is innovated, together with the education mode of “department-enterprise double subjects”. The talent training mode of “department-enterprise double subjects; directional order” is built by implementing directional training, “order-type” talent cultivation, “S.M.A.R.T” teaching organization mode, practice mode of “continuous engineering practice” and a-third-party-participated talent evaluation mechanism, as well as strengthening the cooperation with all kinds of enterprises. In this way, highly-skilled talents can be cultivated to have good professional morality and behaviors and be able to fulfill jobs of the mobile communication technology specialty.
