For communication engineering budgeting, both in view of the actual project and the budget course teaching in vocational colleges, the project quantities statistics are emphasis and difficulty, especially for the beginners. “Figure-based statistical quantity” means adding up the project quantities according to the given engineering construction drawings, construction acceptance specifications and quota rules. Combined with the specific optical cable line construction drawings, this paper introduces the orders, methods and techniques to accurately identify the drawings and add up the project quantities in detail for reference.
