目的：探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声结合腹部加压法检查在卵巢恶性肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法对68例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者经阴道超声结合腹部加压法检查结果与手术病理结果相对照。结果本组68例经阴道超声结合腹部加压法诊断准确率为87％，分别为黏液性囊腺癌28例，浆液性囊腺癌19例，恶性畸胎瘤3例，无性细胞瘤6例，内胚窦瘤5例，库肯勃瘤7例，误诊8例，漏诊1例。结论经阴道超声结合腹部加压法诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤符合率高，可为临床诊断治疗提供重要信息。
목적：탐토경음도채색다보륵초성결합복부가압법검사재란소악성종류중적진단개치。방법대68례란소악성종류환자경음도초성결합복부가압법검사결과여수술병리결과상대조。결과본조68례경음도초성결합복부가압법진단준학솔위87％，분별위점액성낭선암28례，장액성낭선암19례，악성기태류3례，무성세포류6례，내배두류5례，고긍발류7례，오진8례，루진1례。결론경음도초성결합복부가압법진단란소악성종류부합솔고，가위림상진단치료제공중요신식。
Objective To explore the application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and manual epigas-tric in the diagnosis of ovary malignant tumour. Methods Sixty-eight cases of ovary malignant tumour for the test re-sults ultrasound pressure in the combination of the pathology were compared with the results of operation. Results The diagnose accordance rate was 87%. Eight cases were of misdiagnosis and 1 case was missed diagnosis. Mucous cystoadenocarcinoma were in 28 cases, serous cystoadenocarcinoma in 19 cases, malignant teratoma in 3 cases, dis-germinoma in 6 cases, endodermal sinus tumor in 5 cases, krukenberg tumor in 7 cases. Conclusion The coinci-dence rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and manual epigastric compression in the diagnosis of ovary malig-nant tumor increased, which can provide clinical important information for medical treatment.
