目的：探讨急性动脉性上消化道出血的数字减影血管造影（DSA）诊断与介入栓塞治疗价值。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2013年1月山西医科大学第一医院介入科资料完整的19例急性动脉性上消化道出血介入治疗的临床资料。结果15例明确出血部位且成功栓塞，4例未能明确出血部位，治愈率达78％。结论介入栓塞治疗动脉性上消化道出血安全、有效，且发生并发症的概率低，成功的关键是明确出血部位及选用合适的栓塞材料。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic value of DSA diagnosis and interventional embolization for a-cute artery hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract. Methods Retrospectively analyze the data of 19 cases with a-cute arterial hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract, which were treated with interventional treatment in the first hospital of Shanxi medical university from January 2011 to January 2013. Results Fifteen cases′ bleeding position had been definited with successful embolization, 4 cases failed to clear bleeding and the cure rate was 78%. Conclu-sion Interventional embolization is safe and effective for treating arterial hemorrhage of upper gastrointestinal tract, and can reduce the risk of complications, while the key to success is clearing bleeding position and choosing appro-priate embolic material.
