论述随着我国汽车产业的迅猛发展，汽车服务业已成为朝阳产业，由此带来汽车服务人才种类不断拓展和数量上的巨大紧缺。依据“十二五”汽车产业发展规划，基于人才预测学理论，结合汽车服务人才现状，定性定量地分析人才需求与供给情况，并针对供需矛盾与特点，提出合理化建议。
論述隨著我國汽車產業的迅猛髮展，汽車服務業已成為朝暘產業，由此帶來汽車服務人纔種類不斷拓展和數量上的巨大緊缺。依據“十二五”汽車產業髮展規劃，基于人纔預測學理論，結閤汽車服務人纔現狀，定性定量地分析人纔需求與供給情況，併針對供需矛盾與特點，提齣閤理化建議。
논술수착아국기차산업적신맹발전，기차복무업이성위조양산업，유차대래기차복무인재충류불단탁전화수량상적거대긴결。의거“십이오”기차산업발전규화，기우인재예측학이론，결합기차복무인재현상，정성정량지분석인재수구여공급정황，병침대공수모순여특점，제출합이화건의。
With the rapid development of China automobile industry ,automobile service industry has become a sun-rise industry ,thus the automobile service talents are expanding and huge shortage in the number .According to“The Twelfth-Five-Year Plan” automobile industry development planning , based on the theory of talent forecast and the present situation of automobile service talents to quantitative ,the paper analyzes demand and supply of talents ,and puts forward reasonable proposals for the contradiction between supply and demand .
