吉林省出台了《绿色建筑行动方案》及《关于加快推动吉林省绿色建筑发展的实施意见》，指出全面推动绿色建筑，并在全国率先强制性要求新建住宅建筑要执行《绿色建筑评价标准》的要求。针对吉林省的特点，对标准中住宅的部分从节地、节能、节水、节材、室内环境和运营管理等方面进行解析。分析各星级完成的难易项，指出了绿色住宅的设计是全寿命周期整体性的设计，应采用统筹设计的综合设计模式。

Jilin Province issued “Green Building Action Plan” and“On Speeding up the Implementation O-pinion to Promote the Development of Green Building in Jilin Province ,w hich pointed out that the w holly promotion of green buildings ,and the mandatory requirements of new residential buildings to carry out “E-valuation Standard for Green Building” in Jilin Province firstly .According to the characteristics of Jilin Province ,the analysis to the standard residential portion from the saving of land ,energy ,water saving ,ma-terials ,indoor environment ,and operation management etc .has been carried in the paper .Analyzing of the corresponding level is to find w hich is easy to complete ,w hich is difficult .It points out that the design is the entire life cycle of green residential overall design .T he overall design of the integrated design pattern should be adopted .
