针对中央空调冷却水系统实际运行中出现冷却塔水盘溢水问题,通过对设备运行参数分析,计算冷却水系统运行时候水盘不溢水所需要的水头,以理论数据为依据,改进冷却水管路系统,增加进出水点的落差,解决了水盘溢水问题,保证冷却水系统正常运行。
針對中央空調冷卻水繫統實際運行中齣現冷卻塔水盤溢水問題,通過對設備運行參數分析,計算冷卻水繫統運行時候水盤不溢水所需要的水頭,以理論數據為依據,改進冷卻水管路繫統,增加進齣水點的落差,解決瞭水盤溢水問題,保證冷卻水繫統正常運行。
침대중앙공조냉각수계통실제운행중출현냉각탑수반일수문제,통과대설비운행삼수분석,계산냉각수계통운행시후수반불일수소수요적수두,이이론수거위의거,개진냉각수관로계통,증가진출수점적락차,해결료수반일수문제,보증냉각수계통정상운행。
Aiming at the problems of cooling tower water tray overflow in the actual operation of central ail conditioning cooling water system ,the paper calculates the faucet needed during cooling water system oper-ation without water tray overflow by equipment operating parameters analysis .Based on theoretical data , the cooling water pipeline system has been improved .The gap between points of water in and out is in-creased .The problems of water tray overflow have been solved ,and the normal operation of cooling water system has been ensured .
