针对某电厂2×135 MW纯凝汽式机组改成供热机组问题,从投资大小、改造难度、对发电量的影响等方面对2种改造方案进行了分析,最终选择了风险小、成本低的改造方案。应用结果表明:机组实现了热电联产,提高发电厂循环热效率20%;1台机组节约燃煤83040 t/a,节约燃料费用1992.96万元/a;减少灰渣排量20760 t/a,减少CO2排放量8367 m3/a,减少SO2排放量85 m3/a,节能环保效益显著。

Aiming at the problem of 2í135 MW condensing generating units changed into heating supply units in a power plant,analyzes 2 kinds of retrofit schemes from the size of the investment, the transformation difficulty and the impact on generated capacity,finally selects the scheme with small risk and low modification cost. The application result shows that the units realize cogeneration, circulating heat efficiency increase 20%;1 unit save coal of 83 040 t/a ,save fuel costs of 1992.96í104 yuan /a,reduce ash emissions of 20 760 t/a,reduce CO2 emissions of 8 367 m3/a and SO2 emissions of 85 m3/a,the benefits of energy saving and environmental protection are prominent.
