“十二五”期间国网公司快速推进智能电表换装工作,智能表具有电能量双向计量、信息存储及处理、实时监测、自动控制、信息交互等功能。近些年,随着嵌入式技术的发展,智能手持终端在电力营销领域已广泛应用,其通过红外、RS485接口可与智能表通信,实现抄表、实时数据交互、电表控制等功能。借助智能电表屏幕显示出的功能参数,并使用手持终端读取其实时和历史参变量数据,以及必要时对电表实施现场拉合闸控制试验,就可以安全便捷地判断表计运行和接线是否正常,简化现场判断过程,快速处理客户诉求,提高供电优质服务水平。文章通过几个实例来具体阐述应用方法。

During the 12 th Five-Year Plan , State Grid Corporation of China has pushed on the reloading of smart electricity meters .These meters have many functions , like bidirectional measurement of electri-cal energy , information storage and processing , real-time monitoring , automatic control , information interaction, and so on.As the development of embedded technology , the intelligent hand-hold terminals have been widely applied in the field of the electric power marketing in recent years .The terminals can communicate with smart electricity meters through infrared or RS 485 interface , which enables the termi-nals to realize the functions of meter reading , real-time data interaction , meters monitoring , and so on . With the help of the functional parameters which are shown on the screens of smart electricity meters , the terminals can be used to read the real-time and past variable data , and also the field tests to switch the meters can be implemented in necessity .These can be used to estimate whether the meters are working well or the wiring is in good condition .And then it can simplify the field judgment process , rapidly deal with the customers′appeals, and improve the power supply service level .This paper states the specific methods of application through several cases .
