对雷达平板箱型天线阵面的散热设计进行了分析。阵面单元数量多,单元间距狭小,阵面冷却采用强迫循环封闭式空调风冷的方式进行。采用有限元方法对阵面流场进行了仿真分析,在此基础上对阵面散热结构进行了优化设计。结果表明,阵面结构的热设计符合系统散热要求。
對雷達平闆箱型天線陣麵的散熱設計進行瞭分析。陣麵單元數量多,單元間距狹小,陣麵冷卻採用彊迫循環封閉式空調風冷的方式進行。採用有限元方法對陣麵流場進行瞭倣真分析,在此基礎上對陣麵散熱結構進行瞭優化設計。結果錶明,陣麵結構的熱設計符閤繫統散熱要求。

The design of heat dissipation related to the flat box-shaped antenna cabin is discussed. Because of the large amount of antenna units and the small unit spacing, a recyclable forced air cooled method is applied. The finite element analysis is utilized to simulate the flow field and the temperature field, and base on the simulation the structure of the heat dissipation is optimized. The results show that the thermal design of the cabin agrees with the requirements of the system heat dissipation.
