日本医学教育的现行课程设置采取整合课程、优化内容、融入交叉学科和前沿知识、增设实践性课程等方式,基本形成了综合性课程体系,克服了传统课程模式的一些弊端。通过广泛开展小组讨论式学习,促使学生自主学习,主动发现问题和解决问题。同时,开设科研训练和医学情报类课程,注重提升学生的科研素质。结合我国临床医学专业的实际情况,提出整合课程与建立综合性课程体系、早期接触临床与强化实践教学、把握学科前沿动态与注重信息化建设的临床医学专业本科课程改革思路,培养医学生主动学习意识和自主创新能力。

The current clinical medical curriculum of Japan takes ways of integrating curriculum, optimizing content, merging into the interdisciplinary and frontier knowledge, adding practical courses, etc. , fundamentally forming a comprehensive curriculum system of clinical medicine, which overcomes some disadvantages of traditional curriculum model. Through carrying out extensive discussion group learning, encouraging students to study independently, take the initiative to discover and solve problems. Moreover, setting up scientific research training content and medical information courses, pay attention to improve students' scientific research quality. Based on the actuality of curriculum of national undergraduate clinical medicine, proposing the ideas as the followings: integrating curriculum and establishing the com-prehensive curriculum system, early exposure to clinical and strengthen practice teaching, being familiar with the subject frontline and its dynamics, and focusing on the information technology, training students' active learning consciousness and abilities of independent innovation.
