目的:探讨综合性考核方法在“护理学基础”实验课程中的应用效果。方法以我校2011级护理学专业158名学生为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用综合性考核法,对照组采用传统考核方法。通过分析两组学生的成绩和师生的反馈了解改革成效。结果实验组学生期末实验考核成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);有89.7%的学生赞同该评价法。结论综合性考核方法激发了学生学习的积极性和主动性;为教师的教学工作指明了方向;促使护理实验成绩评价更加客观、公正和科学;促进学生良好职业素质的形成。

Objective To investigate the effect of the comprehensive assessment method in the ex-perimental course of fundamental nursing. Methods 158 nursing major students of our school as the research object. They have divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group adopted comprehensive assessment method, the control group using the traditional assessment method. To understand the effect of the research, it can be looked at through the achievement of the two group students and the feedback of the teachers and students. Results There were significant statistical differences of the terminal examination results between the experimental group and the control group; more than 89. 7% of the students agree with the comprehensive assessment method. Conclusions The comprehensive assessment method can play these roles: stimulated the enthusiasm and initiative of the students; pointed out the direction for the teaching work of the teachers; urged the evaluation of nursing ex-perimental examination to more objective, impartial and scientific; promoted the students to cultivate good occupation qualities.
