针对目前大规模输电网规划求解中难以快速求得全局最优解的问题,将改进组搜索优化算法应用于基于线路的投资费用、网损费用、输电走廊建设费用和过负荷惩罚费用为目标函数的输电网规划模型。提出一种应用混沌动力学中的Iogistic模型,反视角搜索策略以及循环平移因子以提升算法的全局和局部搜索能力的改进型组搜索优化算法,实践证明可以快速地求解大规模输电网规划问题。通过对IEEE18节点和巴西南部46节点系统的计算,不仅验证了该算法应用于输电网规划的可行性和正确性,而且验证了算法具有很好的计算速度与搜索能力,为实际应用提供理论依据。

In view of the current large-scale transmission network planning is difficult to obtain the global opti-mal solution quickly;the application of the improved group search optimization algorithm on the grid planning model using the objective function including investment cost,line loss cost,cost of construction of power trans-mission corridor and penalty cost of overload Present an improved group search optimization algorithm applicate logistic model algorithm in chaotic dynamics,reverse direction angle search strategies and cyclic shift factor to improve the algorithm’ s global and local search ability,practice has proved that it can quickly solve large-scale transmission network planning problems. Through the calculation of the IEEE18 mode and the southern Brazil 46 mode system,not only verifies the feasibility of the algorithm applied to transmission network planning and the correctness of the algorithm is verified,but also proves the algorithm has good computing speedand search-ing ability,provides the theoretical basis for practical application.
