目的:了解临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训相结合的模式(以下简称“结合模式”)对研究生临床能力提高的作用,以完善儿科学专业学位硕士研究生培养方案。方法以上海交通大学医学院2010级临床医学专业117名专业学位硕士研究生为研究对象,按照研究生培养是否与住院医师规范化培训相结合分为“结合模式”和“传统模式”,分别在其完成24个月和18个月的医疗实践后进行临床能力考核,并分析考核情况。结果以“结合模式”培养的儿科学专业学位硕士研究生临床能力考核总分高于以“传统模式”培养的硕士研究生,P<0.05。结论以“结合模式”培养的专业学位硕士研究生具有较强的临床实践能力,“结合模式”的推广有利于培养高素质临床医学专业学位硕士研究生,并推进临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育的发展。
目的:瞭解臨床醫學專業學位碩士研究生培養與住院醫師規範化培訓相結閤的模式(以下簡稱“結閤模式”)對研究生臨床能力提高的作用,以完善兒科學專業學位碩士研究生培養方案。方法以上海交通大學醫學院2010級臨床醫學專業117名專業學位碩士研究生為研究對象,按照研究生培養是否與住院醫師規範化培訓相結閤分為“結閤模式”和“傳統模式”,分彆在其完成24箇月和18箇月的醫療實踐後進行臨床能力攷覈,併分析攷覈情況。結果以“結閤模式”培養的兒科學專業學位碩士研究生臨床能力攷覈總分高于以“傳統模式”培養的碩士研究生,P<0.05。結論以“結閤模式”培養的專業學位碩士研究生具有較彊的臨床實踐能力,“結閤模式”的推廣有利于培養高素質臨床醫學專業學位碩士研究生,併推進臨床醫學專業學位碩士研究生教育的髮展。

Objective Standardized residency training program has been used in clinical skill training of professionals. This study aimed to assess the role of clinical skill training in graduates in order to improve pediatric graduate education practically. Methods The clinical skill assessment scores of 117 graduates with professional (Master) degree in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, School of Medicine, were assessed as compared with residents with standardized residency training program after their 24 months or 18 months clinical training. Results Graduates who rotated following standardized residency training program got higher scores in clinical skills assessment than those who rotated with normal training program. Conclusions The graduates with a combination of training programs had stronger ability in clinical practice. This model helps foster the high-quality graduates, and promoted the development of new clinical professionals education program.
