目前，我国医学院校及大型综合教学医院纷纷建立临床技能实训中心，其建设与管理工作不断发展。本文从临床技能实训中心建设的背景、意义、现状、功能、优势、存在问题及发展趋势几个方面进行综述，为实训中心未来发展提供依据。

At present all over the domestic medical colleges and large comprehensive teaching hospitals have established clinical skill training center. Their construction and management has got continuous development. The paper reviewed the background, significance, status, function, advantages, problems and development trend of clinical skill training center. It will provide the basis for development of training center in the future.
