通过对新引进的四种端子密封胶进行一系列分析和测试,包括固化性能、对ABS和铅的粘接强度、高温耐酸性、对铅的防腐保护性能以及电池气密性、高温浮充、高低温试验等电池测试等,论述和评价了新引进的胶粘剂在A B S电池的极柱端子密封方面的性能。测试结果显示,D Z1防腐保护性能最差,DZ2经高温浮充后开裂,DZ3经高低温试验后变脆,DZ4综合性能最佳,满足生产需要。

According to the factory needs, four kinds of terminal adhesives were tested through a series of analysis and test to evaluate and select a terminal adhesive used in the production. The tests included curing properties, bonding strength to ABS and lead, resistance to corrosion in high temperature and sulfuric acid, corrosion protection of lead, and air pressure test, high temperature lfoating, and high and low temperature test for battery. Test results show that the corrosion protection performance of DZ1 is the worst, DZ2 cracks after high temperature lfoating, DZ3 gets brittle after high and low temperature test, by comparison, DZ4 is the best choice for application in production.
