本文通过电池充放电性能和正极活性物质的X射线衍射检测,研究了酸循环内成化工艺对管式电池性能的影响。结果表明,采用酸循环内化成工艺制备的电池容量比普通内化成电池提高了约12%,容量一致性优于普通内化成电池的,但循环寿命次数比普通内化成电池少3%~5%。

The effects of acid cycling container formation on the performance of tubular battery were studied through battery performance test and X-ray diffraction of positive active material in this paper. The results showed that the capacity of battery which was charged by acid cycling container formation was increased by 12%and capacity consistency was much better than that of ordinary battery, but the cycle life was 3%~5%less than that of ordinary battery.
